Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Operations Project Lead to join a biopharmaceutical company on a permanent basis located in Charleroi. Our Client is focused on developing ground-breaking remedies to treat cancerous illnesses.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Key Responsibilities
  • For this role, you will provide effective and constructive integration of clinical operations knowledge and expertise into all applicable Clinical Development activities.
  • Attend program governance meetings and present operational strategies/updates as needed.
  • Responsible for project and clinical operational deliverables spanning the entire clinical trial life cycle, from protocol conception to final CSR and registration (if applicable).
  • In collaboration with the Head of Clinical Operations, improve processes, recruit and retain talent, manage performance, and plan succession within the organization.
  • Ensures that clinical trials are executed according to agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards.
  • Make sure clinical projects are executed effectively by developing & maintaining relationships with CROs, external experts, and investigators.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in the field of clinical drug development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials on an international level.
  • Strong clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a proven track record of leading global clinical trials.
  • Expertise in selecting, managing, and overseeing global CROs that has been gained through hands-on experience.
  • An experienced and recent clinical trial researcher with a strong background in oncology clinical trials.
  • Experience with IO would be a great asset in this position.
  • Leadership of multiple projects in a matrix environment, the development of clinical plans and the management of change in a matrix environment.
