What can you expect?

  • You ensure an enjoyable buying experience via digital channels;
  • You detect and realise sales opportunities;
  • You help customers with their servicing questions;
  • You help the customer if he or she has questions about an online or mobile sales flow, a simulation page or a product page or in case of servicing questions.
  • You also contribute to the digital sales by detecting opportunities and realising them yourself or passing them on to the specialists.

Who are we looking for?

Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you’ll increase your chances by:

  • Studies: a Bachelor’s of Master degree is a must.
  • Experience: first traineeship or work experience in a financial business environment.
  • Languages: native in Dutch or French, with a very good knowledge of the other.
  • Personal interests: you’re a born problem-solver and always eager to learn new methods.
  • Strengths: team player, customer-centric approach, analytical mindset and excellent communication.
