• You will lead, either alone or as part of a team, the full production of content (text, video, webinars, customer testimonials, employer branding, etc.).
• You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts.
• You will create thought leadership content for Vertuoza (awareness, consideration, etc.).
• You will be responsible for employer branding.
• You will write persuasive and valuable copy for our customers.
• You will manage our Dutch-language media relations.
• You will regularly create newsletters for our prospects.
• You will manage the NL version of our blog and SEO.
• You will meet with our customers to powerfully and convincingly tell their story.
• You will be able to measure and analyze the KPIs of your productions for continuous improvement.
• You will constantly test, adjust, and innovate during the production process.
• You will analyze trends, the market, and the behavior of our community, customers, and prospects.
• You will take part, together with your team, in Vertuoza’s marketing strategy.

• Online interview with Manon, Talent Acquisition Specialist, to get to know each other better and introduce you to Vertuoza (French or English) - 45 minutes / 1 hour.
• General interview [online] with Antoni, CVO - 1 hour.
• Technical interview [on-site] with Antoni, CVO - 1 hour.
• Final interview [online] with Julie to present our offer and package - 1 hour.
  

• You have more than 2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, and/or social media.
• You are passionate about conveying emotions, transporting your readers, and letting them experience stories.
• You are patient and enjoy absorbing and processing as much information as possible before writing.
• You have a talent for copywriting and the passion of a marketer.
• You are curious and always on the lookout for new marketing trends.
• You have a critical mind and analyze the most relevant trends to influence our target audience even more.
• You have the drive to always do more and better and to keep making progress.
• You enjoy leading projects both independently and as part of a team.
• You are able to adapt to the culture and “tone of voice” of Vertuoza (as any good copywriter should, right? ????).
• You are trilingual: Dutch as your mother tongue, excellent French and English is mandatory.
