For a new building pharma project, we are currently recruiting a Contract Manager.

You are responsible for commercial control and cost responsibility for the contract processing of one or more trades as part of a large-scale project.
You are in charge of audit and progress control of one or more trades as part of a large-scale project.
Processing contract-related topics in an international context such as Terms of payment, guarantees, business documents, insurance clauses, bonds, liabilities, creation of a letter of credit.
Conducting price and condition negotiations for various works and supply contracts during the project.
Involvement in the offer phase and in the offer evaluation.
Further development of the standardization of contract management.
Development and optimization of contract management tools..
Responsible for commercial contract and risk analysis, reporting and reporting.
Interact with other departments, disciplines and customers.
Successfully completed studies or training in business or engineering.

Successfully completed studies or training in business or engineering.
Several years of professional experience in contract and / or project management
Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international)
Being able to assess an engineering scope change and the impact on all technical disciplines (with help from the Discipline Leads).
Very good language skills in English and desirable French
Ability to negotiate, both in writing and orally
Pronounced persuasiveness and assertiveness and structured.
