We are looking for a coordinator and administrative assistant for a maternity leave (beginning of September - end of January). Specifically, you are responsible for:
  • The administrative follow-up of the calibration of medical devices
  • the administrative follow-up of internal training for the engineers
  • the administrative support of various departments

    • you have good communication skills
    • you speak english and dutch fluently. knowledge of another european language is a plus
    • you work very accurately and have an eye for detail
    • you can keep a good overview in a chaotic environment
    • you can work well independently
    • experience with sap is a plus
