Coordinator Training Transformation

As a Transformation Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Transformation Documentation department.

If you have a little experience in training management, do not hesitate to apply!

We are mainly looking for a proactive mindset and a willing to learn. We offer a position in a international team & company, a have a follow up and on boarding in our team of about 18 experienced people.

In this role you will…

MyLearning Tasks

• Create, edit, revise and deactivate any type of learning activity (e-learning, instructor led,
• read and understand modules, SOPs, on the job trainings, etc.) or training curricula, upon
• request and following current processes.
• Upload learning content and files to the my Learning iContent server (cloud-based content
• server - for TC1 accesses);
• Create and edit cover pages for items and curricula.
• Record training completions: either individuals or groups.
• Edit user learning history record using the Learning Event Editor.
• Create and edit task checklists.
• Create and edit quizzes and exams using the assessment tool;
• Create and edit instructor led training sessions (both face-to-face and remote);
• Register and cancel learners in instructor led training sessions.
• Add ad-hoc facilities to a Class; Create and edit Instructor resources, including adding instructors to a list of authorized
  

Instructors for an Item.

• Run Class Roster and Class Data reports.
• Create and edit Assignment Profiles (APs);
• Create and edit programs (if required, action to be performed);
• Create and edit collections (if required, action to be performed);
• Assign and remove training to learners: either individuals or groups.
• Contact person during audit to provide reports (upon request);
  

Manage Lifecycle

• Support GQA team in the maintenance of the annual plan for expected changes and assignments per Platform/RDC.
• Doc Admin/ Doc Owner access (as back-up);
• Analyses the impact of upcoming documents on training curricula
• Ensure availability of Training tools for the business, that is training status, dashboards
• Support projects around training simplification and harmonization
  

This job opportunity is a permanent contract not opened for relocation.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills

• You hold a bachelor’s degree
• You have a excellent command of French and a very good knowledge of English
• You have 1 or 3 years at least of professional experience and a technical experience in training, learning and/or written standards management.
  

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• MyLearning system mastering is an asset (TC2/TC3);
• You are able to manage and coordinate multiple inputs simultaneously.
• You are customer focus, team player, proactive, assertive and reliable.
• You are result driven, precise and willing to learn;
• You have a continuous improvement mindset
• You have previous experience in quality management, compliance, quality assurance,
• regulations/ WST management and KPI setting and monitoring is an asset as well as
• organizational awareness.
