As Corporate Consolidation Manager:

• You coordinate the financial consolidation processes of the 43 entities world-wide from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate and complete.

This includes:

• You generate consolidated financial statements, reports, and analyses for the Management and the corporate team at the level of the company’s shareholder
• You assist in writing the annual full IFRS annual report
• You help maintain and implement the company’s accounting manuals and procedures (IFRS) and support the legal entity teams with guidance, aimed at the correct and consistent application of accounting manuals across all entities in the company
• You act as point of contact for the auditors
• You represent Finance in various projects. In this context, it is important to keep up-to-date on evolutions in the organization’s structure and areas of activity.

In your role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Consolidation, and work closely together within a team of finance professionals at HQ (in Mortsel, Belgium) and in the various regions.

Profile

• You hold a master’s degree in business administration or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a financial consolidation role, preferably in an international environment
• You are familiar with the theory and practice of preparing a consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, in accordance with IFRS.
• You have a strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office modules.
• Knowledge of consolidation software (preferably Tagetik) is important.
• Fluent in English
