Your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to join our EMEA talent acquisition team (3 FTE) based in Belgium. Your main role will be to find and attract mostly (higher educated) technical profiles to join our teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and beyond. Excellent language skills are therefore imperative. You will also be able to work on several exciting and new projects related to talent acquisition e.g. employer branding, campus recruitment, digital recruitment,...

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Thanks to an intense training period you will get familiar with all our deliverables (products and services) and processes, enabling you to start supporting our recruitment activities.
  • You partner with stakeholders and hiring managers and you will become responsible for the full recruitment cycle in all EMEA countries.
  • You create visibility among active and passive candidates (networking, event organisations, social media...)
  • You identify and actively source the right talent for I-care via social media platforms, our ATS system, databases, job fairs,...
  • In the selection process you focus on hiring the best talents in the market enabling us to succeed our customers expectations.
  • You actively participate and even drive projects that help us in our talent acquisition performance. From employer branding to social media, from recruitment advertising campaigns to collaborations with agencies.
  • You are the driving force behind strengthening our employer brand at educational institutions and building a talent pipeline in a wide range of vacancies and internships.
  • You detect opportunities in the market for staffing projects related to our deliverables (reliability engineering).

Who are we looking for?

  • After completing your bachelor or master degree in a relevant study, you have a first successful experience in recruitment of technical bachelors and masters profiles.
  • You like to work in an international environment, where you thrive because of your excellent language skills (Dutch, English, French and preferably German).
  • You have a strong track record in sourcing candidates, you like networking internationally and you are highly skilled in competency based interviewing.
  • You are very result oriented, self motivated, autonomous, well organised and passionate about helping to succeed our company goals by hiring the right talent
  • You possess a heavy dose of empathy, agility, and punctuality and your focus on business growth makes you a strong recruitment partner for our leadership team.
  • Thanks to your drivers license and your interest in being on the road (with your company car) you are able to work in different locations, making sure our recruitment process is efficient and effective.
