Opportunity

Be the World Navigator for Our Team!

We’re seeking a Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team and become the go-to resource for all our colleagues’ travel needs.

Your mission

  • Ensure all business trips are efficient, comfortable, and compliant with our company’s travel policy.
  • Be our travel booking whiz: Secure flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for colleagues embarking on commercial activities or projects.
  • Be a source of knowledge for all things travel, answering questions and providing guidance to ensure a seamless travel experience for everyone.
  • Master expense management: Approve travel expenses seamlessly within our RYDOO tool.
  • Be a problem-solver: Handle any travel hiccups with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Arrange travel-related matters such as visa, visit request and A1 application.
  • Support our project managers and service managers who work in the frontline with our customers, such as following up on customer questions and requests via our service management platform, preparing progress meetings, budget reviews and other supporting tasks.

Your capabilities

To Be a Great Fit, You’ll Have

  • A love of travel (but don’t worry, you won’t be the one jetting off all the time)
  • A Bachelor Tourism
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues
  • Proficiency in online reservation systems
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with a specific booking tool (e.g., Concur)
  • Knowledge of various destinations and travel regulations
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
