About the Challenge

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Controller team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in performing a variety of accounting activities including but not limited to: calculating cost for custom design projects, inventory analysis, and applying accounting procedures and maintaining effective internal controls. You’ll also run and maintain financial records in compliance with our policies and procedures, and maintain month-end account reconciliation. You’ll perform ad hoc research and interpret ERP data to provide process improvements, recommendations and more

Your Skills

You’re analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’re ambitious, seek out opportunities and have a genuine curiosity that grows your understanding of projects. You thrive in an environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration. Respectful of deadlines, a strong communicator and a self-starter, you take pride in being results-oriented and analytical.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
  • Open to learning new technology platforms, services and tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Command of BPCS preferred
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
