Our client is a pharma leader that just recently celebrated their 75 year as a enterprise. They have offices in 28 different countries spread out over Europe, Latin America and the US with headquarters in Germany.This team is growing and not only in the size of the team, volume of business and digital maturity but also in agility and human talent. In this context, they are hiring a CRM Manager!As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for the local commercial platforms for all the countries of the cluster: France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities:
Develop customer strategies in order to improve first-party customer data capture and optimise Customer Lifetime Value.
Operate technical campaign management by ensuring that Marketing strategies and tactics are transformed in delivered campaigns and
Manage campaign and channel performance to deliver expected customer experience
Operate local CRM by implementing evolutions, promote good usage and best practice across the cluster, ensure strategy are executed
Implement campaign workflows across the customer journey into the span of marketing automation and e-delivery omnichannel operations
Provide insights on Customers”commercial” behaviors and help to build and enrich the customer journey knowledge to provide a better Customer experience
Is this you? Yes if:
You have previous experience with Veeva
You have an affinity with the Pharma industry
You have a strong understanding of CRM principles and omnichannel consumer experiences
You are able to cooperate in teams in a cross functional & cross-department environment.
You can critically evaluate complex business issues in order to develop customer-centric solutions.
You have attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills.
You have proven your ability to translate data and analyses into consumer-centric CRM strategy.
You speak French. Other languages such as English, Dutch, French, German, … are a plus.
You can effectively manage multiple priorities.
