The Position{{:}}

As a Culture and Engagement Specialist, you will promote an environment where every individual in the company feels valued, respected, and empowered. This role is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture that embraces diversity in all its forms and ensures equitable opportunities for all employees, resulting in creating a sense of belonging regardless of their background, identities, or perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining Envalior’s culture, driving employee engagement/Pulse surveys to get insights that can be used by management to identify areas of concern and opportunity
• Work on a DE & I (diversity, equity and inclusion) strategy (incl. link to Human Rights) and define targets & program together with senior leadership sponsors
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization
• Collaborate with HR to ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices and contribute to the development of diverse talent pipelines
• Provide training and education on DE & I topics to promote awareness and understanding
• Establish and support employee resource groups to provide a platform for employees to connect, share experiences, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of culture, engagement, DE & I initiatives
• Ensure DE & I reporting is set up in line with (upcoming) ESG regulations

The right candidate we are looking for{{:}}

• Has a Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably in HR/other relevant discipline with minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of culture, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in a global organization.
• Has a advanced degrees or certifications in DE&I
• Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value with passion towards the job
• Has a ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of stakeholders and collaborators.
• Has a highly developed communication skills with a ability to effectively communicate DE & I principles to diverse audiences
• Has a ability to ability to analyze pulse survey outcomes and drive action plans and make data driven decisions
