SBU NCE> Service>Customer Service Management>Service Engineering

The Service department consists of Service Operations, Service Planning and Customer Service. Customer service involves a Service manager, Managers , Coordinators and Engineers.

The position of Customer Engineer reports directly to the Team Lead Customer Engineer,

Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Managers in resolving complex technical issues for service customers
  • Be the interface between customers and WTG/Plant Engineering department to communicate technical issues and their resolution
  • Brainstorming sessions with supporting technical departments to decide on the optimum solutions
  • Build-up an efficient network among stakeholders to maintain a good level of interaction
  • Own, coordinate and record all taken over issues in relevant systems (SAP, C4C) for proven history and easy access for any stakeholders
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and their representatives during the meetings, teleconferences, events, affairs etc.
Qualifications
  • Master degree in engineering education
  • Several years work experience in wind industry, which involves turbine operation principle knowledge and turbines’ performance analysis, main components, grid matters etc.
  • Fluent Dutch and English verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system is beneficial
