The Customer Sales, Marketing & Service (CSM) team is part of the Advisory practice. We provide business / functional consulting services (as opposed to technology / implementation services) in marketing, sales, and customer service domains.

Responsibilities

The CSM team wants to reinforce its team with a Manager / Senior manager level practitioner, with experience in sales or service transformation, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics, with the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in business development activities, and lead client service proposal initiatives to acquire new clients and projects.
  • Manage sales and or service (technology) enabled transformation at clients from a functional standpoint.
  • Develop strong client relationship with sales, customer service, and CRM application stakeholders.
  • Coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful and valuable change at the client.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master level education or equivalent, preferably in economics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or service (technology) enabled transformation.
  • Experience in business consulting is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics sales or service modules is a plus.
  • Affinity with customer data challenges is a plus.
  • Experience with working with diverse teams on an international level.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to perform consistently at a high level and at times under high pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Open mind with the flexibility to manage teams in a fast-moving environment with changing client requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
