Our client is actively looking for a Customer Service Assistant M/F.

The customer service Assistant actively coordinates 3rd Party and intragroup customer related issues.

He/she proactively follows up customer orders and interacts between customers and sales representatives, technical department and other involved departments.
He/she assures a satisfying service applying best practice.

The function represents the company on daily level towards the customer and markets and influences the image and perception of the company.

Profile

Required education and competences

Administrative, commercial or logistical qualification (Bachelor)
Well developed IT user skills (knowledge of SAP )
Languages : Dutch, French, English (advanced)
Some business experience is an asset.
Reliable , customer focus, service oriented, proactive, team player, professional communication skills, highly motivated, consciousness, systematic work approach , high loyalty towards the company.
