Functieomschrijving
Your role in the future Metsä
- To provide customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/accounts and to develop and maintain a good relationship with them
- To handle customer orders in SAP from enquiry to delivery and invoicing including all related tasks, transactions and documentation
- To keep all customer records and documents orderly filed and stored ensuring easy access and traceability
- To maintain customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
- To take all actions to ensure that customer promises and agreements are kept
- To monitor and keep the age, level and rotation of stocks of own customers/accounts within agreed limits
- To follow-up credit limits and payment behavior of own customers/accounts together with sales and credit management
- To provide sales support as appropriate
- To gather information of complaints, trials, delays, payments, rebates etc. plus other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with own customers/accounts
What are we looking for?
- Fluent English (native - professional level) and speaking and writing level. Any other language skills, e.g. Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian would be an asset
- Experience in Customer Service roles
- Excellent verbal (“smile on the phone”) and written (mainly e-mail) communication skills
- Good document administration and organization skills
- Ability to remain calm and to think clearly and creatively and to prioritize actions in unexpected situations
- Tolerance to cope with stress and pressure
- Personality to anticipate, to use own initiative and to be proactive
- Knowledge of SAP to be considered an advantage
- Earlier experience in customer service preferable
- Bestellingen registreren Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze, ...) De klant of de verkoper erover inlichten
- De vraag van de klant technisch en commercieel onderzoeken (termijn van fabricatie, beschikbaarheid van producten, kost, ...)
- Kostenramingen opstellen Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...)
- De betaling van bestellingen opvolgen (voorwaarden, facturatie, ...) of overmaken aan de betreffende dienst (boekhouding, juridische zaken, ...)
- Telefonische oproepen ontvangen Klanten informeren (opvolging van de bestelling, informatie, ...)
- Klanten of leveranciers opvolgen Oplossingen voorstellen in geval van problemen (levering, garantie, reglement, ...)
- Zin voor nauwkeurigheid hebben
- Samenwerken als hecht team
- Contactvaardig zijn
- Commercieel zijn
- Regels en afspraken nakomen
- Klantgerichtheid
- Omgaan met stress
