At Telenet Business we open the digital door wide for companies, organizations and governments, so that they stay one step ahead of their competitors, get the most out of online meetings, close the best deals from behind their screen, and are always and everywhere accessible. We do this with a strong team and an equally strong offer - from Internet over digital TV to mobile and fixed telephony, but also with digital solutions in IT, hosting, camera surveillance, building control, and so on ... We do a lot, but with you as (name of position) we can perhaps do even more?

Your tasks as Customer Service Coordinator
You solve customer questions that come in via phone, e-mail, (registered) letter; via partners or via our Sales, Finance or other departments. Problems that you don’t get rid of at first contact, you distribute to colleagues and follow up. About those more complex customer files you carry the responsibility.
Whether it is about access control, camera surveillance or another ICT solution: you do not go for "call back again?" but for "thanks again!". This is how you make customer satisfaction soar. You are a button-maker, the pivot between customers and colleagues, but also ...

  • a do-gooder (thanks to your feedback on processes/procedures),
  • a guinea pig (because you test new products),
  • and a trainer (by briefing and training colleague)

  • You reason logically and think "digital first. You don’t need a technical degree: insight, knowledge of Windows packages and common sense will get you there too.
  • You are customer-friendly, eager to learn and result-oriented.
  • You set the bar high and process new information quickly.
  • You can help customers in Dutch, French and English.
  • You have previously worked with business customers or in customer service.
  • Affinity with telecom? Then you have an edge.
