Description

For our Fashion distribution in Ghent, we are looking for a Customer Service employee.

In this position you will handle all customer inquiries and orders in an efficient and friendly manner. This can be an order, a question, a complaint, ...

Your duties:

  • Registration and further follow-up of customer orders
  • Inserting the necessary information into the proprietary software package
  • Contacting customers to provide additional information
  • Answering questions from both internal and external stakeholders (by telephone or email)
  • Collect basic data to prepare a flow of a document or package
