Wanted: Customer Service Engineer

We are looking for a full time customer service engineer to join our team inHerentals, Belgium. Your job will be to act as the first line of support of our customers, helping them remotely and on-site. From installs to yearly calibrations visits, you will be a friend of the family to many of our customers.

Your profile

- Relevant technical or software degree. Young graduates are welcome.

- A traveller’s mindset. Willing and able to travel internationally.

- Proven experience in customer serviceis a plus.

- The ability to communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.

- The following interests would be an asset:

  • Food industry and quality inspection
  • Computer vision and AI
  • Software and programming
