A little bit about Edgard & Cooper:
Once upon a time, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - Edgard and Cooper – pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But they couldn’t find anything that was quite right. So….to cut a long story short, they decided to make their own!
Today, 5 years later, Edgard & Cooper has sold over 10 million bags of food, hired over 180 people across Europe and made lots and lots of dogs & cats (and their owners) feel good!

What type of breed are we looking for?
Are you that kind of person that is always willing to help? You can combine a touch of a sales and an interest in logistics? Then you might be the B2B Customer Happiness Hero we’re looking for!
What will be in your bowl?
- You are responsible for the daily operations of your customer service team that serve all our customers spread across Europe
- You make sure resource time is spent in the most efficient way (after all, time is always short and we want to help as many customers as we can)
- You make sure any query/complaints/question is handled with utmost care and as fast as required by our customers
- You will lead improvement projects within the B2B Customer Happiness team
- You will work closely with different departments inside and outside our organization
What skills & tricks should you bring?
- You have very strong experience in B2B customer service
- You have an action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to solve issues
- Ideally you have strong supply chain knowledge
- You are customer oriented and understand outstanding customer excellence
- You have strong project management & process improvement experience
- You are an inspiring people manager
- An entrepreneurial/hands-on spirit with out of the box ideas
- Ideally you are fluent in Dutch and English
