What we expect from you ?
As our new Customer Service Manager, you’ll bring your impressive background in customer service to lead and develop our support desk team. With hands-on experience using Zendesk and a focus on customer experience monitoring and automation, you’ll work to optimize our workflows and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Your proactive nature and ability to set and achieve goals will be key in building a highly efficient and effective support team. You’ll also serve as the communication channel between customers and the organization, ensuring a consistent and professional customer engagement standard is met.
If you’re a natural problem solver who’s excited to take the lead in implementing new processes and tools, and you’re fluent in English with knowledge of French, Spanish or Dutch, we’d love to hear from you!opleiding
