For our site in Verviers, Belgium | Lonza we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to coordinate and handle all customer requests and demands in order to grow our business, increase market share, increase market knowledge and reach the commercial goals. Provide a link between Lonza and its external customers in order to provide optimal service and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis
- Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders
- Handle any customer inquiry, complaint and order accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product related and technical information as requested
- Daily contacts with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience recommended
- Very good knowledge in French, English and German
- Team player, autonomous, resourceful and good adaptability
