CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

Your main tasks will be:

  • Single point of contact for the customer;
  • Receive customer orders, perform Available to Promise and enter them in SAP.
  • Coordinate customer payment conditions and receivables with Credit Control;
  • Ensure that any special customer requirements (delivery upon appointment,

kooiaap, specific unloading procedures…) are met in a effective way;

  • Coordinate order fulfilment with our outsourced warehouse located in NL and DE
  • Book transport, tracking delivery progress as needed.
  • Liaise with relevant external third-parties (LSP, carriers, shipping lines,…);

Your competentes

  • Attention to detail and quality driven (does it right the first time)
  • “CAN DO” attitude and problem solver
  • Stress resistant - Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and proper language skills – verbal and written -
  • (English, Dutch and French required, any other language is an asset)
  • A sufficient understanding German is required
