- Serve as the primary partner of our customers and help them increase the adoption of our solution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Proactively address customer issues, gather feedback, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring a clear understanding of software features and integration into their workflows.
- Engage in proactive collection and communication of customer feedback, issues, and market trends to internal teams at WHISE, influencing ongoing product improvements.
- Monitor customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for additional features or enhancements.
- Provide training sessions, create and update educational materials, and conduct webinars to help clients utilize the SaaS product effectively.
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on evolving customer needs, in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Hold (at least) a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent.
- Proven 2-3 years of successful experience in project delivery, project management, process improvement, incident management and service delivery excellence.
- Exhibit a passion for exceeding customer expectations and for helping customers solve problems with product-based solutions.
- Possess strong multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple small projects in an agile way.
- Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Thrive in a high-paced delivery context.
- Fluent in French and English AND Dutch.
- Keen interest in the real estate industry.
- Showing initiative and being proactive are key in this role.
- Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with customers.
- Possesses excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills: taking and keeping ownership until the matter is resolved is essential for you.
- Adept at multitasking, paying meticulous attention to project details.
- Possesses excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with a "doing whatever it takes" and "can-do" attitude.
- Demonstrates curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in self-development.
- Being familiar with tools like AZURE, Salesforce, Hubspot and/or JIRA are a strong plus.
