Wat we jou bieden: - Een gevarieerde baan met klanten in verschillende sectoren - Gemotiveerd team een goede team spirit - Hoog niveau van baanzekerheid in de intralogistieke sector met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden Dit zijn je hoofd taken: - - - Je hoofdtaak is klantenondersteuning bieden bij het uitvoeren van geplande functioneel/technische software aanpassingen. - Als één van de 2nd level engineers zorg je voor een optimale relatie met onze nationale en internationale klanten door: - Ontwikkeling van passende oplossingen door het juist analyseren van binnenkomende verzoeken van klanten. - Ontwikkelen van optimalisaties, uitbreidingen en upgrades gebaseerd op C# code en MS-SQL queries - Begeleiden van de klanten bij troubleshooting op zowel applicatie- als infrastructuur-niveau. - Ontwikkelen van aan MS SQL database optimalisaties. - Samen met alle andere software engineers neem je deel aan de 24/7 wachtdienst en zorg je ook voor een optimale klant begeleiding buiten de kantooruren. Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Een team player met een klantgerichte aanpak en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Kennis van software betreffende de volgende gebieden: C#.Net, Winforms, Windows server, MS SQL server
  • Affiniteit met intralogistics, supply-chain, e-Commerce, opslagmagazijnen,… is een pre.
  • Bereidheid tot reizen (Nationaal en internationaal ongeveer 20%)
  • Vloeiend in Nederland en Engels, Frans is een pre.
