You will be working in a dynamic environment, the b2b circle within the group. The b2b marketing tribe, as well as our B2B circle becomes more data driven so you will play in a crucial role in adopting this mindset and providing the right insights. Within our b2b marketing tribe, you’ll be part of a small dynamic team that is responsible for marketing intelligence, marketing automation, digital marketing and performance. We work very closely with our marketing colleagues but also with sales, solutions experts, business analysts, application owners.

Your role in a nutshell

As a data analyst, you will be in charge to master commercial data, make sure it is cleaned by you or other colleagues and to support your stakeholders with interesting business insights. If you like a variety of data projects, in a complex data landscape and to collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders, then you are our men/woman!

Your responsibilities include

• CRM

Be our CRM expert knowing where to find different customer related information, just as sales data.

You collect, cleanse and validate the data you need from different sources.

Prepare customer lists, combining relevant customer and product data to prepare lead generation actions, migrations, marketing actions.

Make sure we are compliant with the GDPR policy on B2B customer data.

• Data quality

Get into the data to make yourself acquainted with our different tools and data architecture

Make sure we have the most optimal data quality in our contacts. Get your stakeholders along to improve together data quality.

Define data improvements to make sure we maintain data quality and get the best out of the data we collect

Clean data – act as data steward for marketing related data

• Business intelligence

Steer the commercial team by providing business insights and more specific segment insights. Support the business by defining new opportunities out of deep-dive data analysis, suggestions to improve performance, etc.

Define, build, and automate reporting dashboards for the commercial topics you are working on.

Support business with segmentation model definition, propensity models, etc. You will work in close collaboration with data scientists and other data analyst colleagues

Create in Qlik new reports supporting business insights for commercial steering.

We are looking for a colleague who has the following skill set

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to set the right content KPIs and follow-up on them.
• Strong analytical and data skills, with knowledge of Excel, SQL, SPSS and/or reporting platform. Experience with QlikSense is an advantage.
• Be at ease in a complex environment with multiple tools/sources to manage
• Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders out of different departments within B2B – good time management
• Good presentation and storytelling skills, certainly to non-data driven colleagues
• A problem-solving and result-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Dutch or English, French is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as data or business analyst or in a comparable role.
