Job Role: IT Date Migration Lead,
Location: Leuven, Belgium.

Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
· Bachelor’s degree in business or IT discipline
· 15+ years of IT and/or business experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
· Expertise in Extract, Transform, and Load technologies, designs, and approaches in ERP,
preferably SAP ECC and cloud solutions
· Expertise in data warehouse, data quality, business rules and building data dictionary
· Work experience in large scale SAP data environment
· Expertise in cloud data warehouse technologies
· Expertise in high volume and complex data environments
· Expertise in agile methodologies and ability to leverage best practices for repeatable processes
· Excellent collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
· Excellent knowledge of common Business Solutions
· Excellent communication skills spanning all levels of organization
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent self-motivation and strategic thinking
· Excellent expectation setting abilities
· Excellent experience in working in close cooperation with vendors, such as SAP
