SO WHAT DOES A DIGITAL DESIGNER DO?

Our future Digital Designeris someone who can actively

• Create great designs, follow brand guidelines within strict timings and budgets
• Inspire the creative team so that our ideas are not just simply ideas, but innovative concepts, where technology plays a growing role (fi filters) that can turn into reality.
• Show off a good sense of humor and the ability to take yourself less seriously is a must in this industry!

SO WHO ARE YOU, REALLY?

Think of design as your sandbox – you’ll have the freedom to play around and experiment with different concepts until you find the perfect solution. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to meticulously craft your designs until they’re just right.

But we don’t just want a lone wolf designer – you’ll need to be able to take feedback and collaborate with the team to make sure we’re delivering the best possible designs for our clients. And with technology constantly evolving, you’ll need to be up-to-date on the latest design tools and techniques to ensure we’re always on the cutting edge.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

The Digital Designer is part of the design & creative team. He/she is driving the graphic execution of social posts, filters, email marketing, etc… for all our clients across sectors

• Understanding project requirements and being able to deliver projects on time.
• Use the best design methods, applications, software and techniques
• Inspire the team with your innovative (design & technology) ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming concepts with the creative and social teams
• Deliver top notch quality presentations to clients.

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE?

• You have a graphic qualification and can bring at least 2 years of professional experience to the table in the creative industry.
• The Adobe suite ( PS, AI, AE, XD, ID, etc…) has no secrets for you, you can easily switch between the tools and know exactly how to use them.
• You can design social media content ( Video & Imagery ) , Digital advertising (Banners), emails, web pages...
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools, HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
• You must be fluent in English and Dutch or French (or both).
• You are a true team player and driven by an always positive mindset.
• You are a born communicator and always respectful with colleagues and clients.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills.
• You are able to keep your cool when the occasional urgent deadline pops up
