About our role:
Our client an international, and rapidly growing player in the real estate industry, is looking for a Digital & Content Marketeer. Are you a creative jack-of-all-trades? Do you have organizational skills and do you like variety every day? Then this position might be for you!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on marketing activities. You will have a high variety of tasks ranging from copywriting and content management to concept thinking. On top of your tasks, you will get a chance to grow with and learn from the team.

What you will be doing:
Translating the brand and content strategy into impactful campaigns.

Devising and creating content for owned media. (website, blog, email, social media channels, customer support tools such as our future app)

Be a sounding board for local experience coordinators located in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Belgium.

Coordinate and execute marketing actions, both on and offline. (Digital marketing and events)

Fill the marketing calendar to reach our target audience with the right message in the right format on the right platform.

Support the local teams with the production materials in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and other graphic tools, with the help of a specialized agency. (flyers/posters)

Does this sound like you?

You write flawless copy in English and Dutch; other European languages are an asset.

You have a keen eye for design. You can understand and adapt to our brand identity.

You are a team player, and you like to learn as well as share your knowledge with others.

You know exactly how to approach your target audience with the right message at the right time.

You have relevant experience regarding digital content creation across different channels.

You know how to format the same content for different channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, websites, app’s).
