Digital Marketing and Communication Officer

OncoDNA is a genomic and theranostic company specializing in precision medicine for the treatment of cancer and genetic diseases. Based in Gosselies, you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.

YOUR MISSION

For our Marketing & Communication department we are looking for a passionate young talent that will take over the position of Digital Marketing and Communication Associate.

In this role you will lead the design and execution of OncoDNA Group’s communication strategy to disseminate the brand, products and services.

This role combines creativity and self-drive, as you will own the entire corporate communication roadmap and imagine and create a variety of support materials (articles, pictures, videos…).

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Corporate communications

- Define the annual corporate communication roadmap in dialogue with all the involved stakeholders and in accordance with company’s objectives

- Foster a consistent company image, in line with our strategy to improve our external brand image and boost our brand awareness

- Maintain and develop our website, plan and implement social media communication and presence

- Together with Marketing, design and implement promotional campaigns, create adequate wording and communication supports, follow-up on metrics to drive continuous improvement

- Prepare and launch press releases and corporate news, organize press conferences

Content creation

- Imagine and create a variety of content with a strong focus on pictures, visuals, videos to support marketing & communication purposes

- Copywriting of selected articles, press releases, website news in accordance with SEO good practices

Internal communication

- Define the annual internal communications roadmap, coordinating newsletters and intranet content

- Launch and create a variety of initiatives to foster cross-functional team work and foster brand adhesion

- Create or support dedicated internal communication campaigns with selected departments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Hold a master’s degree in marketing or communication

- Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B communications, branding, marketing, preferably in the biotech / healthcare sector (oncology is a plus)

- Have a strong creative spirit, able to bring new innovative ideas and concepts to always be one step ahead

- Master picture and video design/editing tools (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Strong digital technical skills (SEO, SEA, SalesForce, CRM, etc.)

- Understanding and experience in social media communication, interest in the last digital technologies

- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently

- Have strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented with the willingness and ability to mobilize people

- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt readily and quickly to a changing work environment
