As Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the digital agenda of a national channel mix to support the commercialization of our brand portfolio in BeLux.
Your Responsibilities
As digital Marketing Manager your responsibilities will be divided over 5 main areas:
LEADERSHIP: You lead the assigned channels amongst the national marketing and sales teams and act as a key member of the cross-functional Brand Teams where you provide vision and clarity around your objectives and how they support the commercialization of our brand portfolio.
INSIGHTS & EXPERTISE: You continuously seek for qualitative and quantitative insights to feed your understanding and develop your channel expertise (incl. field visits, market research, competitive/other industry observation...).
BRAND PLANNING: You actively contribute to the brand planning cycles bringing your expertise and channel knowledge to the cross-functional team. You identify opportunities for the business to grow and to remain ahead of competition.
OPERATIONS: You deliver promotional campaigns and marketing material as per your plan in alignment with local and international guidelines, our ethical code and GSK’s values and expectation.
DRIVE PERFORMANCE: You set ambitious objectives and deliverables for your plans, you effectively communicate these to your stakeholders, and you drive performance through pro-active follow-up and use of motivational tools
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University degree or equivalent in experience (Marketing, Communication, Economics or other specialty relevant to the job-Strong communication and engagement skills)
- Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into execution
- Experience using digital channels to deliver marketing plan
- Ability to lead cross-functional matrix working
- Flexible thinking and ability to continuously innovate
- Fluent communication in English, French and/or Dutch
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical market
- Prior pharmaceutical sales experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective networking and collaboration skills
- Fluent communication skills in French, Dutch and English
