With ambitions like this, imagine what you could do?What you will be doingAs a digitalization manager within the COO organization you will lead the digital transformation of the COO (i.e. production, engineering and process technology) processes and systems. In this role, the you are responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the COO processes, and then implement digital technologies and solutions to optimize those areas.Your Contribution Within The RBM Business Unit

• You are a promotor & facilitor for digitalization within the 3 COO domains (operations, engineering and process technology). You assist the different COO teams in mapping processes, fit-gap analysis and translating the operational concepts to specific projects and programs.
• As Digitalization project portfolio manager you take the lead and ownership for a project portfolio that is jointly executed with IT, BIT or consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• You support RBM COO Digitalization Director in roadmap development. You consolidate ideas and seek synergies in benchmarking across sites and other BUs to develop proposals for changes in the RBM Digitalization roadmap.
• You organize best-practice sessions with site functions (e.g., all maintenance departments) to foster cross-functional exchange, including across sites, and create a global mindset needed to standardize approaches
• You report regularly on project progress, risks and mitigation plans towards the RBM Digitalization Director and the RBM COO.

Who we are looking for

• You combine a Master’s degree in engineering, IT, sciences, etc. with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience (business analysis, business excellence) in these expert domains.
• You have solid knowledge and understanding of operational processes, especially in metals refining, pCAM or CAM production or similar environments.
• You have a strong knowledge of SAP PP/EWM, SAP PM, PI, Azure/Power BI and other digital tools and systems (e.g., MES).
• You have project (and portfolio) management skills and solid experience in project (and portfolio) management and leadership.
• You possess strong communication skills and are able to influence different stakeholders. You are motivated to drive change on an ongoing basis and succeeds to bring this across to different teams.
