Client Details

The client is a leader in the field of Insurance, with offices located globally. They offer services to both Business and Retail clients in life and non-life insurance products. The client is proud of their long history and is looking for a dynamic individual to be part of their team.

Description

  • Be able to condense business strategy into a plan of action for the business unit and management
  • Knowledgeable in existing CRM tools, and other applications
  • Be part of the management committee, able to present solutions and presentations
  • Successfully identify business solutions and aware of future developments and trends in the industry
  • Enjoy working with others in a collaborative method, lead projects and provide operational guidance and best practices
  • Provide monthly and adhoc reporting to the Board
  • Able to create detailed business plans that involve Pricing, Data Analytics, and performance indicators
  • Consistently able to deliver projects on time, on budget, identifying key actos, with identified milestones

Profiles

  • +9 years experience in the Insurance market in Belgium
  • Knowledge of life and non-life insurance products and market trends
  • Project Management skills, plus advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Enterprenurial attitude, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Past experience in a similar operational environment,meeting targets
