About the Role:

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to relocate and support an international brand abroad! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving, and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Dutch and English.

2. Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

3. Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
