Position Overview: As a Bilingual Service Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our customer service operations, bridging the gap between our esteemed clients and our expert service team. Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate service appointments, acting as the liaison between customers and our skilled service team.
    • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service efficiency.

    • Tackle customer concerns head-on, demonstrating creativity and efficiency in finding solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Dutch and German (minimum B2 level).
  • Proven experience in customer interaction, preferably in the automobile industry.
