We are seeking an experienced EAI Supervisor to oversee Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation activities on a large-scale hydrogen project. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing progress and quality inspections, and supporting daily site operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organise EIA works on-site
  • Ensure quality compliance with design documentation
  • Monitor erection planning and site progress
  • Enforce HSE standards and participate in toolbox meetings
  • Coordinate Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and work permits
  • Conduct safety inspections and report incidents
  • Manage inventory of tools, goods, and spare parts
  • Validate subcontractor progress and site presence
  • Support quality control inspections and third-party certifications
  • Organise ATEX audits and report non-conformities
  • Maintain updated documentation and punch lists
  • Fill daily logbook and contribute to lessons learned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in EIA supervision within industrial or hydrogen-related projects
  • Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and site coordination
  • Familiarity with LOTO, work permits, and coactivity planning
  • Experience with inspection test plans (ITP) and quality control protocols
  • Excellent organisational and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
