A new and growing Medical Device company is hiring an Electronics Hardware Engineer in Ghent, Belgium. If you would like to join a young and dynamic team of colleagues who all work to achieve a common goal, then don’t hesitate to apply for this job!

Responsibilities
  • Design, documentation and verification of electronics in a medical system comprising of high-end detectors, microcontrollers and communication interfaces
  • Hardware testing and troubleshooting, including board bring-up, design of test tooling and adaptation of existing circuit boards to new specifications
  • Documentation of the design and testing activities in accordance to medical device regulations
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of electronics, software, and biomedical engineers and the regulatory department.
Requirements
  • Master of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools. (Altium is a plus.)
  • Experience with electronics measuring equipment (oscilloscope / signal generator / spectrum analyzer / …)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
