Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As part of our Life Sciences division, you will contribute to bio-catalyst characterization and support in ELISA testing, collaborating within a dynamic laboratory team. You will join a multidisciplinary environment where precision, innovation, and teamwork drive success.

Your missions
  • Conduct bio-catalyst characterization activities according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform ELISA testing using new and advanced laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure the validation, optimization, and documentation of experimental results.
  • Support the implementation of new testing protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Contribute to the training and support of junior team members, ensuring best practices are shared and applied.
Your profile
  • Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences (Master’s preferred).
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in ELISA testing and bio-catalyst characterization.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in ELISA techniques, data interpretation, and equipment handling.
  • Experience in team environments composed of junior to senior members.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international setting.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
