Job Description Summary

As an EMEA Customer Service Brachy team member, you play an active role in fulfilling the end-to-end supply of Brachy therapy. Brachy Therapy is a solution treatment for prostate cancer patients. Our mission is to provide them high quality product and excellent Service through our dedication in advancing the world of Health.

You will report to the Supply Chain Planning Manager Brachy Europe.Job Description

As an EMEA Customer Service Brachy team member, you are responsible for:

Order intake: Responsible for capturing the patient-tailored order (make to order) and provide Order Confirmation to customer
Place Purchase Orders: transfer Purchase Orders to US Customer Service Brachy team
Track Shipments from Manufacturing pick-up @Chicago through arrival at Belgium airport and perform system receipts
Provide Shipment documentation to regional courier (ISI)
Keep Customer informed about estimated time of arrival, to ensure proper planning of the Procedure at the hospital
Issue Invoice after procedure
Prepare collection of empty lead vials at hospitals by ISI and organize return to US manufacturing site (Chicago)
Ensure the number of procedures are within the licence limitation of the hospital
History on orders and procedures are kept through a unique case-ID, with patient initials, implant dates and seed activity. This information is kept conform patient data protection regulations

Your Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree, and/or preferably some experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Customer Service.
You are assertive, analytical, and flexible.
You have good communication skills as you will be communicating with customers (surgeons, hospitals), with global and local customer service teams, manufacturing, transportation
You have excellent excel skills.
You are keen to learn about the responsibilities and challenges of the different internal stakeholders and you are motivated!
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written. Any additional language is a plus!
