Role summary
EMEA Deliver Analytics MD Lead is analytics focal point of the segment - manages analytics portfolio and long term analytics approach. He/she connects with operations and manages customer expectation. Actively identifies analytics opportunities in all areas such as descriptive and advanced analytics. Segment analytics lead ensures there is sufficient capacity for agile analytics too and manages escalations. He/she independently leads key improvement projects, drives further automation and its roadmap, owns segment of competency model to train and coach analytics team and community, leads other segment analytics within the team and acts as analyst lead back up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage segment analytics portfolio- Host segment analytics regular meeting with primary review of the analytics portfolio
- Facilitate assignment of ownership over analytics portfolio
- Review the portfolio with segment lead on regular basis
- Plan long term evolution of the segment portfolio
- Drive automation across the segment portfolio- Update automation heat map
- Drive automation projects, coach analytics in delivering those, deliver selected projects
- Improve customer experience connected with assigned reports - Understand customer needs, track that and translate those into actionable items
- Drive improved customer experience
- Identify cross-segment opportunities and best practices

- Lead and coach assigned analysts - Drive selection process
- Lead performance evaluation
- Coach and train assigned analysts
- Prepare development plan for each assigned analyst
- Independently drive key assigned analytics projects (e.g. OTIF@D, Cost to serve etc.)

- Own portion of analytics competency model
- Identify and own element of analytics competency model
- Track trends in this area, share and mediate that to the rest of analytics team and community
- Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice

- Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities
- Actively participate in data infrastructure workshops and other occasions to identify
- Stay aligned (with segment analytics lead help) about business and analytics priorities of the segment

- Reactive analytics
- Be familiar with content of segment analytics reactive analytics log and execute in delivery of that according to priorities
