Enterprise Domain Architect for A&F and HR Domain

• Perform the role of an Enterprise Domain Architect (responsible for projects and programmes) across the value stream

• Capture the strategic context (vision/mission/goal), business capabilities, value streams, and implications of the business strategy on operations and IT and represent them in Archimate

• Validate Architecture and ensure fit for purpose architecture is aligned and agreed across all IT stakeholders

• Create Reference Architecture / Blueprints, Roadmaps

• Ensure all documentation is done in Archimate representation within modelling tool.

• As an Enterprise Architect, you will support the teams by Solving business challenges with an Enterprise Architecture solution

• Understand the business requirements and strategy

• Agree & validate proposed solution, taking into account the existing Reference Architecture, cost and feasibility

• Define Reference Architecture and Roadmaps that are aligned between IT and business stakeholders.

Agile Scrum Experience Focusing on Resource Oriented Architecture (research, evaluation and POC Software development experience with knowledge/awareness of

• Web Tiers (Apache/Jetty/IIS/JavaScript frameworks/HTML5)

• Java

• Service Tiers (Spring/Hibernate)

• Database solutions (RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2)/Mongo DB, ElasticSearch)

• Middleware (Camel, Active MQ, CXF)

• Enterprise Integration Patterns

• RESTful web services/JSON/JMS
