We are currently looking for a Partner Solutions Manager to assist our ERP / integrator partners in positioning Rydoo with their implementation consultants and client base. A key focus will be to train the consultants on the functionality of Rydoo and how Rydoo integrates with the ERP. The aim is to make Rydoo the go to solution that implementation consultants recommend for expense management.

We’re looking for somebody who has gone through 1 to 2 full ERP implementation projects in various industries. Somebody that can talk from a functional and technical perspective. Somebody that is not afraid to make their hands dirty and go out together with the implementation consultants of our partners to position Rydoo.

This is a growing channel for Rydoo and you will be to the first point of contact for these ERP implementation partners. You will support the working relationship with them and you will set up strategic initiatives to hit mutual targets. You will also have to collaborate closely with our sales, product and success teams.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with relevant enterprise solutions such as NetSuite, Workday, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc. Specifically within onboarding and implementation of the software.
• Experience in consulting firm or equivalent enterprise software Professional Services org, deploying software across multiple organizations and use cases of an enterprise.
• Experience supervising and supporting staff whilst taking a lead role on projects
• Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and run unique flows.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
• Able to distill complex requirements into concrete action steps
• A people-first approach - you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a YES!
• Being compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player!
• Result driven and think in a customer centric manner

Nice to have

• Experience working closely with Technical and Development team
• Experience building technical integrations via API, middleware, or PaaS tools.
• Fluent in English; German + any other language a definite plus
