As EU Revenue Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to the VP of Global Revenue Growth Marketing and a team of other driven and collaborative marketing managers. You will work as part of the join sales and marketing Growth Revenue team and work closely with our headquarters in Canada to build a pipeline and a solid and consistent brand in the EMEA and act as a key driver of the company’s future growth.
Currently, all employees are working remotely from home. What You Will Do at Prophix
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate demand and pipeline from accounts that match Prophix’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Demand does not mean only leads; instead, the entire Revenue Growth team strives to influence prospects at every stage of the journey. The EMEA Marketing Manager role will be focused on generating a pipeline and providing high-fit accounts with helpful resources and memorable experiences to grow champions and drive faster opportunities quickly.
Although you will have the freedom to work on some local activities alone, you will also be a part of a highly collaborative global team. In this role, you will have a healthy mix of both project leadership and project support from a campaign centre of excellence to develop both your leadership and teamwork skills.
You will plan and execute many marketing channels to drive your goals, including but not limited to integrated and ABM campaigns, including activation activities such as email marketing, direct mail, paid social and search, organic social media, trade shows and conferences hosted events, search engine optimization, and partner co-marketing.
A world-class tech stack will support your programs, which includes Salesforce, Eloqua, a CMS, Vidyard, ON24, Sendoso, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, DnB, DvB, Zift, Highspot and more.
To be successful, you will effectively use campaign templates and resources to plan and map out campaigns and drive best-in-class EMEA marketing activities, including reporting KPIs and presenting results and lessons learned. In addition, you will propose campaign improvements and innovations to overcome underperforming campaigns and pilot new approaches and strategies.
You will be responsible for:
Developing Marketing Strategy
- Seek not only to understand but to master your markets, act as a market expert for the EMEA and draw from customer insights
- Define, lead, and implement the marketing strategy for the EMEA
- Create and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly regional EMEA integrated marketing campaign plans with specific growth objectives that drive pipeline, generate MQLs, SALs (Stage 1 pipeline), build brand awareness and create qualified opportunities from Prophix’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) while identifying risks and opportunities
Measurement and Metrics
- Demonstrate how your activities and plans are driving KPIs like pipeline created and influenced, revenue and bookings closed
- Ability to use data to understand what marketing activities are working and when to pivot to new strategies when required
- Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs and present insights learned from each campaign
- Measure ROI effectiveness for all your marketing programs and continuously optimize ROI
- Work closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams to align targets, messaging, channels and calls to action to demonstrate benchmarks and ongoing performance
- Own, track, and manage a portion of the Revenue Marketing budget
Managing Relationships
- Collaborate with agency partners by coordinating and communicating our marketing goals and objectives
- Manage internal relationships to create cohesive campaign launches, adapt content to your markets, which enable the sales teams to be successful
Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, manage and execute events (in-person and webinars)
- Develop marketing campaigns that include case studies, video content, sales enablement material, digital campaigns, communication strategies, and more
- Create and implement new ideas on how to better reach our audiences and key personas using various channels and content mediums
- Educate and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey to drive champions.
- Create and rigorously test ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to grow demand with Prophix Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts to inform account prioritization for Account-Based Selling (ABS) programs.
- Leverage other campaigns led by marketing peers, such as migration to cloud/SaaS from the Customer Marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally across the marketing, channel, and sales teams to execute your campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of and experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B or SaaS companies
- Experience within SaaS or B2B companies
- Five (5) years of marketing experience
- Experience executing successful integrated and ABM campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, opportunities, and revenue with creative marketing campaigns and through collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Experience writing marketing plans, launching, and developing communications using traditional and digital media
- Event planning experience, including webinars
- Cultural awareness and knowledge of specificities of the regional market
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects across multiple stakeholders and prioritize goals
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver insights-driven strategies and plans
- Well versed in ROI, lead generation, and nurturing across the sales funnel
- Experience managing relationships with senior executives, externally and internally
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills: O365 Suite with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and a marketing automation platform (preferably Eloqua)
- Highly organized with excellent project management abilities

- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport
