Introduction:

As an EVENT MANAGER you hold a project management position at MTOUCH and you report directly to the responsible of the corporate entity. You are responsible for different types of events in the medical-pharmaceutical sector, both live and online.

Our customers are pharmaceutical companies, scientific associations and interest groups active in the health care sector in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg; our target group are mainly health care professionals. MTOUCH is part of the international IQVIA group.

Task package

  • You take the lead in the organization of webinars, e-learning, round table discussions, regional meetings and national conferences.
  • You guide our customers from the briefing, the final offer, the actual organization to the debriefing of the activity.
  • You are responsible for the entire organization: including the planning, logistics, communication and financial planning of the activity.
  • You are responsible for the selection of, negotiations and communication with the suppliers.
  • By maintaining a high level of quality and respecting deadlines, you focus on long-term customer relationships with us.
  • You are regularly present at the events that you are organizing.

Your profile

  • You have experience in event management.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, can handle pressure well and you have a hands-on attitude.
  • You are energized by customer satisfaction, you are open-minded and creative.
  • You are a team player and you are not afraid to take initiative.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). If you master Adobe Creative Suit solutions, this is an extra asset.
  • You have a driver’s license.
