ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you want to work in a stimulating, international environment for a global leader market research company? We are looking for enthusiastic and talented people to manage Quality & Engagement to Global Data Acquisition.
You will be responsible for managing employee engagement and experience at Global Data Acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the point of contact for internal communications and employee engagement activities, initiatives and campaignsSupports the team by leading the communication piece in articulation between DA leadership and Marcomm department.
Play a key role in organising content for the DA newsletters and other communication channels (incl. Yammer community), including managing changes to members’ information and distribution lists
Support in coordinating DA surveys, reports, powerpoints, communication material
Analyse data within our communication channels and identify improvement areas that will allow us to better serve our stakeholders and our employees (identifying improvement areas in employee surveys create action items for teams to act on
Assist in general administration of the DA leadership and arranging key meetings and town halls as needed
Supports DA Leadership in follow up of BAU tasks, ie completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
Supports follow up and tracking of quality reviews.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required

You’re a well-organized person, with a track record of delivering excellence in a team environment who feels comfortable with handling different activities at the same time, passionate about communication and you like engaging with people and helping them in getting their job done.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight delivery deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
Ability to pay “attention to detail”
Great writing skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Good analytical and creative skills
Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power BI is a plus
Used to manage BAU tasks in coordination with diverse stakeholders
