wants to investigate the target group of professional customers.

We have set up an internal project team for this and want to strengthen this with some consultants.

We are looking for 1 customer experience expert credits that will take on the following aspects:

You develop a strategic vision of an integrated end-to-end customer experience.

You define the end-to-end customer experience for Argenta products with a focus on credits.

You initiate the roll-out of the customer experience and touchpoints in collaboration with the relevant departments (Online, Offices, Care).

You draw up KPIs and ensure that the customer experience can be measured.

You measure the customer experience in a continuous way and report on it to the organization.

You define a customer experience roadmap aimed at continuous optimization of the customer experience and the underlying processes in collaboration with the departments involved.

The term is pending the filling of a permanent vacancy.

Starting point:
Focus on small professionals close to retail segment with possibility of X-sell private (e.g. investing)

Attractive value proposition for small professionals, i.e. natural office – digital experience

Taking advantage to be able to start withlittle ’legacy’

Scope:
Importance of good scoping to gain targeted market share, i.e. clearly determining which customer segment we do but especially do not serve

Check which product range in the 4 pillars we want to put on the market and with which operating model

To then translate into an operating model as well as business case
