This unique hybrid role combines the exciting responsibilities of an Axe Master with the duties of a F&B manager. You’ll not only guide guests through the thrill of axe throwing but also support the operational side of the business through administrative and event management tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Axe Master:
- Lead safety briefings and teach guests the subtle art of axe throwing.
- Energise and engage groups, ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
- Customise and facilitate games for individual sessions or group events like birthday parties and corporate team buildings.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised, top-notch service throughout their visit.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the throwing lanes and communal areas.
As an F&B manager:
Food & Beverage Operations – Oversee daily food and drink service to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Menu Management – Develop and update food and drink menus based on trends and customer preferences.
Stock Management – Monitor and control inventory to prevent shortages and wastage.
Inventory Management – Track and manage stock levels using Odoo for efficient operations.
Supplier Management – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
Student Bar Training – Train and mentor students in bar operations, service, and responsible alcohol handling.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, pricing, and profitability of F&B operations.
Customer Service Management – Enhance guest experience through high-quality service and feedback management.
Odoo Product Updates – Maintain and update product records in Odoo for accurate inventory tracking.

Expected hours: 38 per week
