As a Financial Employee in General Accounting, you are responsible for a wide range of financial tasks.

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Processing month-end closings (recording various entries in accordance with provided concepts and preparing various entries, calculating provisions)
  • Recording and documenting changes in the general ledger administration
  • Fixed asset administration (budget – invoices – depreciation);
  • Handling necessary declarations (VAT, intra-community listings, Intrastat, etc.);
  • Supporting the reporting of monthly and annual closings both internally and for group reporting;
  • Preparing and executing payments;
  • Ensuring compliance with VAT and tax legislation.

Skills: what we expect of you

Your Profile

  • You have completed an accounting education and can already present relevant experience;
  • You have knowledge of the MS Office package. Knowledge of SAP? Then you have an advantage;
  • You work accurately, analytically, and proactively;
  • You have a good command of Dutch, with a basic knowledge of French and English.
