Your role

  • You recruit and select mainly engineering, management and admin profiles.
  • You consult with line management and provide daily guidance. You work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • You provide guidance and input on HR policies and talent management processes.
  • You ensure a proper HR administration.

Your profile

  • You have multiple years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • You have a relevant background in hands-on HR Business Partner roles.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly organized.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Practical

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: in November and December part-time, as from January 4 or 5 days a week
  • Duration: 5 months
  • Location: West Flanders
