About Our Client

Our client is a multinational.

Job Description

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.
Oversee the onboarding of new employees.
Manage the performance management process for senior employees.
Develop and implement career development programs for senior employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievances.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role.
Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in French and with a good knowledge of Dutch.
